We were very impressed recently by an initiative of Tarniya Comrie and her H&S team at Department of Corrections. It was a competition for the kiddies of employees, to draw how their mums and dads supported safety at work. The winning entries appear in a superb calendar (see pic).
What a powerful method this was to draw together the geographically diverse Corrections workforce (7500 staff) around a common safety theme.
