Concordia’s staged CMS initiatives are focused on prevention and early intervention. Instead of handling organisational tension and conflict on a case by case basis, the organisation shifts to a systemic focus on relationship management, through management and resolution of conflict at the lowest possible level.

Creating a constructive conflict culture is to develop processes for dealing with conflict. Effective complaints systems must provide the following things; Personal safety, a fair process, confidentiality, equity, impartiality, speed.
