The Leadership Culture Display reveals the ability of your leadership     team(s) to provide improved organisational leadership.

The analysis will identify leadership strengths and opportunities for improvement. Are leaders working together to role model and provide actual leadership, or are they focused on day-to-day operations?

Key Thinking

The Leadership Culture Display graphically illustrates the alignment of your leadership team – assessing whether their current focus is on future improvement, the here and now, or simply treading water.
