Amanda Cahir-O'Donnell
Amanda has been working in the field of Learning and Development since 1989 and has a broad range of experience across various industry sectors including: Financial Services, Software, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector. Prior to setting up TIO Consulting Ltd., Amanda was Head of Learning and Development within AIB Capital Markets in Dublin (from March 2000 to November 2005). Previous to AIB, Amanda was an Internal Consultant in Hewlett-Packard Ireland Ltd.
Amanda holds a First Class Master's Degree in Educational Management from Trinity College Dublin. She also holds a Diploma in Personnel Management (NCI) and has been awarded a Henley Management College Certificate in Coaching. She is a Fellow of the IITD and a Graduate Member of the CIPD. Amanda is the co-author of "Making Training and Development Work: A Best Practice Guide." She is currently completing her second book, called "Developing Managers and Leaders" which is due to be published by Gill and MacMillan in 2007.
